Refunds, Transfers, Deferrals

No transfers or deferrals under ANY circumstances.

If race sells out, we will consider a transfer to another race if we have someone on a waitlist to take your spot.

Refunds available until December 31, 2023, of 75% of entry fee.

Refunds available until February 29, 2024, of 50% of entry fee.

NO refunds after February 29, 2024, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Race is located at the Haldeman Tract of Weiser State Forest. We will use the Roland Picnic and parking area for the start/finish.
​
Parking will be in the lot beside the picnic area. Even though this area is big, it can fill up quickly. We ask that you carpool if possible. Please park close to other vehicles and follow the parking attendants instructions so we can fit everyone in around the start/finish area. We don't have many other parking options to use at this location.
