-Online registration CLOSES at 9:00 AM, Thursday, April 5, 2018.

-Must register by 11:59 PM Wednesday, March 21, 2018 to guarantee choice of registration gift and finisher medal.

-Registration gift and finisher medal will not be guaranteed with race day registration.

Transfer/Refund Policy

Once registered, there will be NO refunds given.  We will consider transfers on a case by case basis.

Bad Weather Policy

Unless posted, races will continue as planned.  We will do our best to conduct the races as scheduled.  However, racer safety and conserving the trail conditions is our main priority.  Each situation we'll handle on a case by case basis.  Shortening the race is a possibility, along with possibly rescheduling if we are unable to start.  Again, we'll consider each situation on a case by case basis pertaining to the weather condition we'd be experiencing.  

Bad weather information will be posted on our website, social media and or email as soon as possible depending on the weather conditions.  If chance of bad weather, it is the responsibility of the racer to check information posted by the director.
